The principles

ANONYMITY: we will not know your name, you will not know your coach. Two total strangers, having the most open conversation humanly possible. 

 

TOUgH LOVE:the coaching will be very direct, no sugarcoating, you will simply be held responsible for your actions. 

Challenge: Regular, increasing challenges push participants to continuously stretch beyond their comfort zones.

Reflection: After each challenge, reflect to understand and integrate the learnings from the success and failure.

HARD: This is gonna be tough, it's supposed to be tough. You won't like it at all; you might even hate it. But that's the point. Doing the hard stuff is what it's all about.

The process

we connect 5X/Week: Daily calls set the pace, targeting new goals, reviewing progress, and exploring your mental resilience.

We incrementally challenge you: Building ironclad willpower through increasingly demanding tasks—those you might resist most (like clean eating, exercising, meditating, engaging in meaningful conversations).

We see it through: No matter the struggle or the excuses that surface, you will complete this journey. Powered by pure will, this is the way!
